•     Application must be from a qualified law enforcement agency in Oklahoma.

       •     Application must be from Agencies with less than 60 sworn personnel for full funding and less than 170 for 75% funding.

       •     Applicants must have not received a grant for canine from another source.

       •     Applicants are prevented from using the grant more than once in a calendar year.

       •     Grants are awarded based on need quarterly.

       •     The Fund’s board of directors determine awards.

       •     Agency agrees to display a small provided OCK9Fund sticker/decal on the patrol vehicle.

       •     Agency agrees to have a functional heat alarm installed upon delivery of canine.

       •     Agency will submit a copy of the department’s K9 policy with the application.
